Our toys are very easy to clean!
For most cases you can simply use regular old warm water and soap, as you would do for most things. We recommend cleaning your toys straight after use just to keep things easy for yourself, but if anything has dried on your toys just give them a good scrub with either your hands or a cloth. We don’t recommend using a brush or anything chemically stronger than soap, just to keep your toy safe.
Sometimes you might want a deeper clean. Maybe you’ve been sharing a toy and want to make sure everything is sanitised for your own piece of mind. Our toys are non-porous, which stop any dangerous bacteria living deep within the toy, but a thorough clean certainly won’t hurt. For a deeper clean, you can fill a bucket with boiling water and submerge the toy for up to ten minutes. Twisted Beast toys are built to withstand conditions like this, so don’t worry about damaging the toy!
Some dishwashers have a sanitise setting. Our toys can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but we cannot stress enough to not use detergent or dish washer tablets.
Most of our Twisted Beast toys are compatible with the vac-u-lock system.
Sometimes, for stability reasons, smaller sizes of toys are not built to be suction cup compatible. We include a column on our sizing charts that says if a toy uses a small or large suction cup (or none at all!)
If you’re in need we do have suction cups available, as well as a handy guide on how to get the most out of your suction cup.
What lube is best to use depends on what you’re doing and how big the toy is.
Generally Xlube is the gold-standard for big toys. Because of the way the lube is formulated, it won’t dry out and need reapplying anywhere near as any other lube - particularly important for big toys!
Otherwise, water-based and cum lube is perfectly acceptable, just monitor how lubed your toy is during play and reapply generously as needed.
Silicone lube can be used with Twisted Beast toys but will require a good strong clean after use. This is because our toys are also made of silicone, so the lube will stick quite strongly to the toy.
